You’ll be challenged, not just technically, but emotionally and creatively.
It’s two immersive days of creating with purpose, alongside a small group of likeminded artists, by the open sea.

Shooting and Film Challenge
You’ll shoot a real couple in natural light, capturing emotion and story. Then you’ll edit a 30-second teaser and present it the next day. It’s not about perfection — it’s about seeing, trying, and growing.
Shoot, edit, and learn together
We and other participants will work alongside you, share our thought process, and support you in developing your own. Every part of the experience is collaborative and personal.

Thanks to our partnership with Sony, you’ll have the opportunity to try some of their latest equipment during the shoot.

The Location
Bloemendaal, a gem on the Dutch coast
Just 40 minutes from Amsterdam, yet it feels like another world. Endless dunes. Rolling hills of golden grass. A wide beach that fades into the horizon. The sound of waves and the soft rustle of dune grass in the wind.
It’s one of the most cinematic places in the Netherlands. A place to slow down, sharpen your eye, and reconnect with your story. This is where we’ll shoot, reflect, journal, connect and create.

Getting There
Location
Parnassia aan Zee, Overveen, Netherlands a peaceful and cinematic coastal setting surrounded by dunes and sea
By car
Free or nearby parking available directly at the venue
By train
Travel to Overveen Station
From there it is a 15-minute walk or an easy bike ride to the venue
From abroad
Amsterdam Schiphol Airport is 35 minutes by train or car.
We recommend staying in Zandvoort (€80-€100 per night), pick-up can be arranged from there
